Fats

Fats is an 11-year-old, 13.2-hand bay Paint gelding being consigned through Legacy Horse Sales out of Datil, New Mexico, selling at auction. The listing describes him as a solid, good-minded trail horse who is sure-footed over rocks, fallen trees, and water, loads and hauls well, and is easy to catch and shoe. He's reportedly unbothered by traffic, machinery, loud noises, and a wide range of barnyard and wild animals, gets along with other horses, and has been used in the arena tracking calves as well as letting kids practice roping off him. He's noted as small but stout enough to carry riders of varying sizes.
