MC San Bur Peppy (Shorty)

Shorty is an 8-year-old papered Quarter Horse gelding (registered MC San Bur Peppy), chestnut with a blaze and hind stockings, located in Magdalena, NM. His current owners have had him four years and used him steadily on their San Mateo Mountains ranch: dragging calves, putting on miles, and starting him roping calves, including dragging the roping dummy. The seller notes he is incredibly light and easy to shoe, and that he's held up through hard days of rough mountain work even though he isn't the tallest horse. Papers and roping/dragging videos are available on request. Asking $12,500.

Described as incredibly light and easy to shoe; sound enough for consistent ranch work over rough terrain.
