Dream Sweet Dreams (Kiona)

Kiona (registered Dream Sweet Dreams, AQHA #5444883) is a 14-year-old palomino mare with strong reining bloodlines (Magnum With A Dream, Smart Chic Olena, Shining Spark) and proven cow-horse/cutting influence. She has a reining show background, arena, trail, and mountain experience, some cattle work she reportedly loves, and video of her running a pattern and working a cow. Described as energetic, forward, attentive, and very responsive ("button push"), she's suited to an intermediate to advanced rider. She's also a proven broodmare with two foals on the ground, shown in photos nuzzling and standing with her babies. Currently she has a hind hock issue (X-rayed, healing needed, shockwave therapy possibly beneficial) and is being offered primarily as a broodmare rather than as a guaranteed riding-sound performance horse; she's out of condition from time off. Located in Colorado, asking $11,000, with full papers, photos, and video available to serious buyers.

Currently has a hind hock issue; X-rays taken, advised she needs time to heal and may benefit from additional treatment including shockwave therapy. Being offered primarily as a broodmare and not represented as performance sound; casual/light riding may be possible depending on comfort and future evaluation, but not guaranteed riding sound. Not currently in full work and somewhat out of condition compared to when regularly ridden.
