Lynx

Lynx is a 16-year-old bay roan AQHA mare standing 14.3 hands, based in Sacramento, California and offered at $15,000. She has a reined cow horse foundation with a fancy broke handle, big stop, spins, neck reining, collection, side passes, and flying lead changes, and she showed at the Snaffle Bit Futurity as a youngster. Since then she has been ranched, roped on, used to start colts, worked as an advanced lesson horse, and trail ridden, giving her a broad, seasoned resume in ranch versatility, sorting, heeling, breakaway, and trail work. The seller describes her as catty with a big motor and plenty of go, but also traffic safe, dog friendly, good with gates, and reliable in a group or alone with no buck, bolt, or bite; she loads, hauls, ties, and stands well for the farrier. She's recommended for an intermediate rider or better who enjoys a forward, sensitive ride, with youth suitability under the right rider; she is Colonel Freckles bred and papers are noted as lost, so she sells as grade.
