Flash

Flash is a coming-2-year-old blue roan filly out of the Punk Carter Ranch, standing about 14 hands and 800 lbs. She's unpapered (grade) but said to be by a son of Peptoboonsmal and out of a cutting-bred mare. The seller describes her as exceptionally gentle and good-minded, safe enough that her kids lead her around like a dog, and says she's never bucked, bit, or kicked. She's had extensive groundwork from a 12-year-old handler and was ridden five short walking sessions, but is otherwise green and being turned out until spring before further work. She's reported straightforward to catch, tie, load, and handle for the farrier. Photos show a correct-legged, well-built blue roan with a dark mane and tail, saddled and being ponied/led calmly around kids and equipment.
