Helix

Helix is a 7-year-old black gelding (2019), Gypsy bred on top and out of a Percheron/Friesian mare, standing 15.2 hands and weighing about 1,300 lbs. He's a flashy, heavily-feathered black and white marked horse used extensively as a ranch and family horse: he's gathered longhorns, tracked steers in the arena, covered miles of trail, carried grandkids, and been used for lessons. The seller describes him as a super chill, people-loving horse with a heart of gold and smooth gaits, a stand-out wherever he goes. Photos show a striking black gelding with white blaze and stockings, feathered legs, being ridden calmly by a young rider and through water crossings, as well as working cattle and free-moving in a snowy paddock.
