Dun Quarter Horse Gelding

This 2016 dun Quarter Horse gelding, standing 15.1 hands, is a true working ranch horse out of Perkins, Oklahoma, selling at auction through Legacy Horse Sales. He has spent his life on the ranch, used as a pickup horse at rodeos and worked on the feedlot, and is described as broke the right way with a good stop and turnaround. He's an easy keeper with solid ground manners, stands quietly for the farrier, vet, baths, and trailer, and handles trail obstacles (water, brush, logs, rough country) as well as town traffic and commotion without spooking. The ad emphasizes he's gentle and dependable enough for a beginner to get along with while still having the experience of a seasoned working horse.
