HESA BLACK HANDCOCK (Chico)

Chico (registered Hesa Black Handcock) is a 2023 bay AQHA gelding, 14.2 hands and about 1,000 lbs, standing in Crossville, Tennessee. He's bred out of cutting bloodlines through his sire Once You Go Black (by Hydrive Cat, back to High Brow Cat) and carries Handcock and Kings Ranch lineage on his dam's side through Hancocks Top Gun. Currently working roping and doctoring cattle in the pasture and starting into the Cowtrac program for cutting, he's described as calm (temperament 2/10) and ready to go to work, having "walk off your trailer" usability. His full brother, Pecos, previously sold for $25,000. Asking $12,500 firm, with videos available on request.
