Pastels Play Smart

Pastels Play Smart is a 2012 AQHA sorrel mare, 14.2 hands and about 1,050 pounds, home raised in Wellington, Colorado and offered as part of a partial dispersal sale. She carries black-type cutting bloodlines (Pastels Smart Lena, Smart Little Lena, Freckles Playboy, Cash Quixote Rio, Peppy San) and is described as extremely well broke: soft in the bridle, neck reins, catches both leads, side passes, big stop and turnaround, and solid on the barrel pattern. The seller reports no vices (shoes, loads, hauls, clips, takes shots easily), no health issues, 100% soundness, and no maintenance required, along with experience sorting, gathering, and working cattle as well as trail riding through varied terrain and water crossings. Photos show a well-muscled, correct sorrel mare with a star and hind sock/stocking, plus action shots being ridden western on trail. Asking price is $20,000, with possible delivery.

Seller states she has never been sick a day in her life, is 100% sound, requires no maintenance, and has never taken a lame step. No vices: shoes, loads, hauls, clips, and stands for shots.
