Mesa

Mesa is a 9-year-old buckskin Quarter Horse mare standing 15.1 hands and weighing about 1050 lbs, based in Magdalena, New Mexico. She's a well-rounded, broke ranch horse with a one-hand neck rein, side passes, known leads, and a good stop, and she's been used for roping and working cattle, including loading trucks and gathering big pastures. She's also a seasoned trail horse, sure-footed and confident crossing water and downfall through the rugged New Mexico mountains and Texas terrain. Described as gentle enough for any level of rider from beginner to experienced, and easy to catch, load, haul, and handle for the farrier.
