Talkin About Smart (Peanut)

Peanut (registered Talkin About Smart) is a 9-year-old sorrel rabicano gelding, double-registered AQHA and APHA, standing 14.1 hh and about 1,100 lbs, consigned to the Platinum Equine Auction out of Hardwick, NJ with bidding open through October 11th. Sired by noted cutting stallion Smooth Talkin Style, he's a genuinely versatile mount with AQHA dressage points, First Level dressage experience with a green lead change, a WDAA Top 5 finish, and multiple high point and day-end awards across ranch classes, working equitation, trail, cattle sorting/team penning, and hunter pacing. He's described as having excellent ground manners, standing for the vet and farrier without sedation, loading and hauling well, and being great with children, including giving pony rides. He's reported sound and current on vaccinations, Coggins, dental, and farrier care, with prepurchase exams welcomed; a custom-fitted Allegheny Mountain saddle can be negotiated separately. Photos show a well-built sorrel gelding with rabicano roaning over his hindquarters and a wide blaze, pictured both in western tack and under English saddle at dressage shows.

Sound and current on vaccinations, Coggins, dental care, and farrier work. Stands for veterinarian and dental care without sedation, is hot shod on cross ties unattended, loads and hauls well, and is microchipped. Prepurchase exams welcome.
