Maverick (registered CB Real Tradition) is a 5-year-old AQHA gray gelding standing 14.2 hands, based with Blue Granite Ranch in Merrill, Wisconsin, and consigned to the Best of the West Horses sale on September 26th. The seller is offering test rides by appointment before the sale, welcomes pre-purchase exams, and will provide X-rays on request. Photos show him being ridden calmly at a walk and trot in both English and western tack by riders of varying ages/experience, and led in-hand with a child mounted, suggesting a quiet, versatile mount; he also appears comfortable out on a wooded trail.
